Shipping Policy

We want every Lightsmart order to arrive clearly, carefully, and without surprises.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

Orders placed from outside the United States and Canada may not be eligible for checkout or fulfillment.

Shipping Cost

Free standard shipping is included on eligible Halo orders within the United States unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipping rates for Canadian orders will be shown at checkout.

Canadian Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

Canadian orders may be subject to duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other import charges.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless expressly stated at checkout.

Lightsmart is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Processing

For in-stock items, orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Preorder Items

Halo BC1 is a preorder item with an expected ship date of September 2026.

If your order includes a preorder item, your order will ship when the preorder item is ready, unless otherwise stated.

Preorder shipping dates are estimates and may change due to production, supply chain, fulfillment, or other factors. If there is a material delay or issue with your order, we will communicate directly and handle it fairly.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on destination, country, carrier service, and customs processing.

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. Weather, holidays, high-volume periods, customs processing, and other delays may affect delivery.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@lightsmart.tech. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or shipped.

Lightsmart is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first using your tracking information.

You may also contact us at support@lightsmart.tech, and we will do our best to help.

Lightsmart is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered by the carrier after shipment, but we will work with you in good faith to help resolve the issue.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support@lightsmart.tech within 7 days of delivery.

We will work quickly to make it right.
